Occupational Wellness 

Occupational wellness is personal satisfaction and enrichment derived from one’s work.  Occupational wellness includes, “the ability to achieve a balance between work and leisure time, addressing workplace stress and building relationships with co-workers” (ucr.edu, 2014, para. 1).  Occupational wellness includes doing what you love to do, “When people are doing what they were meant to do, they deepen their sense of meaning and purpose” (ucr.edu, 2014, para. 2).
