Men

  • Cold sweat.
  • Chest pain or pressure.
  • Nausea.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • Pain in 1 or both arms.
  • Pain on back, neck jaw or stomach.

How to Prevent Heart Attacks

  • Stop smoking or using tobacco products.
  • Be active daily.
  • Eat less salt.
  • Keep a healthy weight.
  • Keep your blood pressure healthy.
  • Keep your total cholesterol healthy.
  • Keep your blood sugar healthy.
