  • Unsweetened or low-salt tomato or mixed vegetable juice

  • Unsweetened canned fruit

  • Dried fruit (raisins, prunes, apricots, cherries)
  • Freeze bananas and grapes
  • Fresh fruit - cold or baked - apples, pears, peaches, blueberries, nectarines.
